What You Need to Know

Our course is a Board-approved radiology seminar for students attending in Mississippi. You'll receive your radiology certificate after clinic 10 if you meet all graduation requirements. Then you're ready to apply.

Don't Miss This

You only have 90 days from the date on your radiology certificate (clinic 10) to apply. Miss it and you'll have to attend another Board-approved radiology seminar.

Renew your permit as soon as it arrives. The application fee only covers processing. Renewing is what activates your permit. After 60 days you'll be charged a $20 late penalty, then another $20 after 30 more days. After 120 days, your permit is voided and you'll have to reapply.

Your Step-by-Step

  1. Earn your radiology certificate. Complete our course. Your certificate comes after clinic 10 when you meet all graduation requirements.
  2. Gather your documents. A copy of your driver's license and Social Security card, your CPR card, a color photo of yourself (no larger than 2½" × 2½"), your Radiology Certificate, and the $60 fee.
  3. Apply online. Submit the Mississippi Radiology Permit Application online. Paper applications aren't accepted.
  4. Renew right away. Renew online as soon as your permit arrives. Think of it as your activation fee.
