How to Become a Pharmacy Technician
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have a high school diploma or GED, or be actively working toward one
- Submit a pharmacy technician registration application to the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy
- Provide identification and pay the required fee
- (Optional) Complete a PTCB-recognized training program and pass the PTCE
- Renew registration annually
